Choosing the right surface material for your tennis court can have a significant impact on its longevity. Clay courts are generally easier to maintain but require regular resurfacing. Concrete courts are much harder to repair and resurface, so they tend to last longer. Grass courts are the easiest to care for and require the least maintenance. They also provide the most natural playing surface.

2. Maintain Proper Moisture Levels
Maintaining proper moisture levels is essential to keeping your tennis court looking fresh and playable. Excessively dry conditions can cause cracks in the surface and lead to premature deterioration. Too much water can cause puddles and erosion problems.
